The PCKIZ orchestrates a combination of tax incentives, entrepreneurial resources, educational and internship programs, networking events, and technology showcases workingThe Pittsburgh Central Keystone Innovation Zone (PCKIZ) is a consortium of higher education institutions, businesses, government agencies, and community organizations led by Duquesne University and the Hill House Economic Development Corporation that collaborate to enable the neighborhoods in central Pittsburgh to realize their potential within the knowledge-based economy of the 21st century. The ultimate goal of this consortium is to multiply the impact of regional technology and economic development activities and create economic sustainability in Southwestern Pennsylvania. in tandem to transform central Pittsburgh into a vibrant community.
